PONY FISH

Pony Fish has a thin and slightly flattened body with small, silver-gray scales. It is a predatory fish, often swimming in large shoals near coastal areas and lagoons. These fish are wild-caught, not farmed, ensuring their meat is always fresh, tender, and flavorful.

Pony Fish is rich in protein, Omega-3, vitamins A and D, and minerals such as selenium, phosphorus, and calcium. Notably, this fish is high in unsaturated fatty acids like EPA and DHA, which are excellent for cardiovascular and brain health.

Fishing Seasoning: From March to July.
