ANABAS

    Appearance: A freshwater fish with a slender body, typically greenish to brownish in color, and sometimes olive-green above with a pale underside. It has a long-based dorsal fin and large, regularly arranged scales.

  Habitat: Native to Southeast Asia, inhabits various water bodies like ponds, ditches, canals, swamps, rivers, and lakes.
